This vision is what inspired Lidia and Nick to open Mex A Mex: a place where their roots, creativity, and passion for hospitality come together .
Meet Founder & Hospitality Lead Lidia
Lidia is the operations mind who keeps everything running smoothly while bringing a love of color and craft to every project. As our floral‑designer and behind‑the‑lens storyteller, she shapes the visual identity from the tiniest detail to the full guest experience. Her creative touch adds warmth, energy, and purposeful intention to everything you see from us.
Meet Chef Nick
Nick was born in Puebla, Mexico, where food and family are inseparable. His love for cooking grew naturally, shaped not in a classroom but in real kitchens. Years of hands‑on experience in both American and Mexican cuisine have defined his style — fun, casual, and full of character. When he’s not cooking, Nick is surrounded by his furry friends (cats and dogs) and a growing collection of plants that make his home as lively as his kitchen.
